Established in 1981, the Tampa Mustangs is the oldest fastpitch travel softball organization in Florida. The Tampa Mustangs-Neptune is extremely proud to be a part of this esteemed group. Entering his 12th year as a Head Coach, Rick Neptune, and the other coaching staff, work diligently to facilitate the growth of their players, not only on the softball field, but academically and personally as well. Having a daughter who played softball for a Division I University, Coach Neptune knows the mental and physical tenacity it takes to play at the next level. Over the years, his teams have qualified for 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U USA Nationals.

This 18u team is a determined, hard working, and committed group of young ladies driven to compete and be successful at the national and collegiate levels.
