We acknowledge and celebrate the long and competitive tradition of the Tampa Mustangs.  The mission of Mustangs Steeper 12U is to continue that tradition and to facilitate a safe, positive learning environment in which our players can learn about, and participate in fastpitch softball while enhancing their self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-discipline.

Years from now we hope our players carry with them wonderful memories of their participation in the program and exhibit the character traits that we've hopefully taught: a good work ethic, dedication to realizing a goal, self-motivation, and the value of teamwork
